With our yachts located world wide,  we have placed specialized support brokers at our largest bases to support clients and surveyors. Support brokers assist  with the following:

- Provide first hand information on the yachts before the buyer arrives
- Assist in planning the buyer’s trip to the location of the yacht
- Help liaise between the buyer and the surveyor
- Attend sea trials and survey
- Ensure any and all work is done in a timely and professional fashion.

This system is designed to further ensure a smooth buying experience and no other yacht brokerage company can match this level of support.

	Leo Radovnikovic | Office: Croatia Born and raised in Sydney Australia, Leo joined our brokerage team in March 2008. He will be located at the Sunsail base in Marina Kremik, Croatia. Following the completion of his Economics degree,Leo gained extensive experience in Accounting,Marketing and Management covering a range of different business environments.He has acquired his sailing experience from racing 12ft Skiffs on the world famous Sydney Harbour, to being involved with the Safety Inspection Crew at the “Sydney To Hobart Yacht Race”. He decided to return to his ancestral home of Croatia,and will be happy to answer any enquiries regarding Sunsail Boat Sales in Croatia.
	Richard Vass | Office: Tortola, BVI Richard Vass, first moved to the British Virgin Islands ten years ago, working for both Sunsail and The Moorings during this time. Richard’s family are keen sailors and his introduction to yachts began at an early age.  Drawing on his knowledge of charter yachts, passion for sailing, and his local knowledge, you’ll find Richard a friendly chap who is happy to explain the brokerage process as well as help you find your dream yacht.
	Emma Watson | Office: Marmaris, Turkey  Worked from Sunsail in Greece & Turkey since 1998 as watersports & cruising instructor & skipper, finally going shore-based in 2003 at Vounaki Marina in the Ionian. Moved to Turkey in November 2005 & officially joined yacht sales team then. Now based in Marmaris head office, but visit operations bases to inspect boats & meet clients whenever possible.
	John Welch | Office: Tortola, BVI  John has been with The Moorings Brokerage Division for over 10 years, bringing a broad range of experience with him. From Maxi Ocean Racing to extensive Caribbean Cruising to Director of Offshore Sailing Programs ; he has proved well qualified to guide our clients into the right boat to match  their performance, design, and budget objectives. Located  in our Tortola office since 2004, John enjoys the “hands-on” interface with his clients,  and getting them underway as seamlessly as possible.
	Giles Wood | Office: Tortola, BVI  Giles’s first memory of sailing was sitting on the bow of a dinghy when he was 4, while he sailed around the bay with his Dad. He has been sailing ever since. After studying engineering at university he worked as a sales manager selling classic and sports cars. He cast off his lines 5 years ago and returned to the water. Now a Yachtmaster Ocean Instructor, he has been around the world skippering, racing and teaching and brings his enthusiasm for sailing to the brokerage.
