	Isabelle Blainey \| Office: Ft. Lauderdale, FL A French native, Isabelle has lived in the United States since 1996. She grew up boating and developed a passion for sailing over the past few years. Isabelle has cruised, crewed and raced on sailboats along the Florida Coasts, Florida Keys and Bahamas. She speaks French and holds a marketing & business degree from Institute Alexis Carrel, France. Isabelle loves scuba-diving and adventure travel and lives aboard in Miami Beach. Her 20 years of sales, business experience, and dedication to client satisfaction will make your experience a true pleasure.

	Marjorie de Montvalon \| Office: Nice, France Marjorie was born in Nice and grew-up in a yachting environment. She speaks English and has a degree in Marketing and Management from Edhec-Espeme French Business School. Marjorie worked for the Moorings in 2003 in Customer Relations, and helped present and promotethe Leopard 62 at the Cannes Boat Show. She has immersed herself in several aspects of yachting: Cruising onboard a 120 foot motor yacht in the Med as Chief Stewardess and deckhand, Sales Manager for IT systems for “Book-a-Yacht”,

	Rob Devers \| Office: Australia Rob has a lifetime involvement in yachting and has successfully competed in many Australian State and National titles . Involvement with multihulls started while sailing aboard the first Quick cats (forerunners to Hobie cats) to be introduced to Queensland and his passion has grown over the years . Rob brings a commitment to customer satisfaction and offers unparalleled service throughout the entire buying process by providing friendly, comprehensive and expert professional guidance. He strives to make his clients’ yacht purchase as easy and enjoyable as possible.

	Yvan Eymieu \| Office: Hong Kong, China Yvan Eymieu has lived in Asia for 5 years. Through his past experience in yacht construction at a mainland Chinese shipyard, Yvan has developed a strong network in the yachting industry across Asia. Yvan holds a degree from both a French university and an English Business school, as well as a yacht design course. He speaks fluent French, English and communicates in Mandarin. Yvan is managing the Hong Kong office and represents Asia for TUI Marine.

	David Flynn \| Office: Brisbane, Australia

	Jeff Jones \| Office: Ft. Lauderdale, FL Jeff was born and raised in Miami and grew up sailing Biscayne Bay. An avid scuba diver and fisherman, he extensively explored the Florida Keys and the Bahamas and later lived aboard and cruised the East and West coasts of the US and the Caribbean islands. Jeff’s years of experience have left him with a solid technical understanding of all onboard systems. Use his experience and knowledge as a resource in finding your perfect yacht.

	Tom Houtenbrink \| Office: Ft. Lauderdale, FL An avid sailor since childhood, Tom moved aboard while in college and lived aboard for the next 15 years. A licensed captain since 1992 Tom has logged over 20,000 sea miles in all types of yachts. Five years ago Tom made the switch to selling those same yachts. Tom’s customers have found his experience on the water an invaluable tool when it comes to finding the right boat for them.

	Wayne Richards \| Office: Bundaberg, Australia Wayne has over 30 years experience in the marine industry in Australia, in one form or another. He trained as a Shipwright in the Royal Australian Navy, and then went on to work in some of the major boatbuilding yards in Australia including Project Supervisor on the construction of 120ft Commercial Aluminium Catamarans. He is excited to be heading up the office in Bundaberg Australia, the gateway to the beautiful cruising grounds of The Great Barrier Reef, Queensland.

	Bob Ross \| Office: Ft. Lauderdale, FL Bob Ross grew up sailing and living around the Great Lakes. In the mid-seventies Bob moved to Ft. Lauderdale taking a job at a large boat yard. Since then Bob has remained in the industry working in yacht sales, management, and even ownership of a yacht brokerage. At The Moorings Yacht Brokerage, Bob uses his 30 plus years of yachting experience to represent and support his clients with years of knowledge and a unyielding professional approach.

	Trip Trubee \| Office: Annapolis, Maryland Trip Trubee has a strong heritage in the yachting industry spanning several generations. Originally from the Jersey shore, Trip relocated to Annapolis 25 years ago and heads up operations at our Annapolis office. Trip’s 30 years of experience in yacht sales and solid reputation for providing personalized, courteous and knowledgeable service, coupled with his close ties to the Annapolis and East Coast yachting industry are widely appreciated by novice and experienced yachting enthusiasts alike.

	Gavin Walrond \| Office: Port Solent, UK Born in South Africa, raised in UK from his early teens, his love of sailing stems from time spent on the Vaal Dam. Gavin graduated from the Uiversity Of Leicester and then joined the Graduate Sailing Programme at the United Kingdom Sailing Academy (UKSA). He worked as a professional deck hand, working on 65′ Catamarans in the Cayman Islands. In 2002 he joined the operations team at Port Solent and has skippered in corporate events. In 2004 he moved from operations to Brokerage.

	Tracy Whitehead \| Office: Cape Town, South Africa Tracy Whitehead was born in South Africa and has been a resident in Cape Town for 20 years. Having lived a life of yachting since age 5 Tracy is a keen and accomplished sailor. With a previous career as a qualified architect and business owner, her business and managerial background together with her passion for yachts enables her to effectively represent her clients at a very high level, making her daily dealings a pleasure for all.

	Peter Wiersema \| Office: Ft Lauderdale, FL Peter Wiersema has been an avid boater since the age of five. He combines extensive knowledge of live-aboard necessities for blue water cruising with global shipping, importation and registration questions through years of experience as a cruiser and as the top performing yacht broker on our team. Peter speaks fluent English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch. He also is a “Certified Professional Yacht Broker” signifying his dedication and in-depth knowledge of the yacht brokerage industry.
